It's like they're racing a train across the tracks. I've had people easily be ten feet into my lane as I come up to a stop sign.

Andy, instead of making a left turn at a 90 degree angle, people sort of swoop across the people in the lane attempting to turn right. I have no idea how many near collisons I've been in because of this.
